While newborn photos are a wonderful way to celebrate the beginning of your baby’s journey, the story doesn’t stop there. Each milestone —those first smiles, rolling over, sitting up by themselves, crawling, sitting up by themselves, and their first birthday—is a unique chapter in your baby’s incredible story. These moments are incredibly special and deserve to be captured, celebrated, and preserved forever.
Babies develop so quickly, and every milestone reveals more of their growing personality and curiosity about the world. My milestone sessions allow you to document these fleeting stages, from the wonder of their first toothy grin to the joy of their first steps. My Hitchin photography studio provides the perfect environment to create timeless images of your baby’s precious moments, helping you build a visual story of their early years to treasure forever and share with your baby as they grow older.

The best time to capture your baby in NOW!
These sessions are suitable from 12 weeks onwards. So whether you are looking to capture your baby’s first giggles or their first birthday - these sessions are for you.

If you would like to capture your baby at a particular milestone, please book well in advance of this date. My diary becomes booked up quickly, so booking the sooner the better!

My milestone sessions are £250 and cake smash sessions are £350.
Both sessions include 10 high-resolution digital files to download as soon as your gallery is ready. You will receive high-resolution downloads (large size file formats suitable for printing large format prints and wall art).
If you simply can’t narrow your selections down to 10 you can upgrade your package within your gallery shop. Upgrades are £100 for 5 additional images or £200 for the entire gallery.

Most of my milestone sessions take place in my studio in Hitchin. It is a beautiful, neutral space with lots of lovely natural light. It makes the perfect backdrop to capture your little person perfectly.
If you wish to have your session in your home this comes with an additional £50 charge on top of the session.

My milestone sessions are a hour long. This is enough time to capture all those gorgeous details of your baby, but not too long so that your little one becomes tired and grumpy!
Cake smash sessions are between 1.5 and 2 hours - this allows time for a variety of portrait, cake smash and bath time images.

I have a lovely selection of outfits for your little one to wear during their session. I choose high quality pieces in soft, comfortable materials so, not only will your baby look super cute, they will be comfortable aswel!

You will receive your gallery within 3 - 4 weeks of your shoot date.
